Dear Ken – I want to thank you for making this possible – to attend all these hangouts is a wonderful opportunity to listen to all these wonderful people teaching me about forgiveness. I am very grateful. Warm regards Hanne
Dear Ken,
Thank you so much for providing this home for us. I just watched – and participated in – the guided meditation with Jose Rodriguez. It worked profoundly for me. In the shorter introductory meditation, I felt i was going into bliss, which is a rare experience for me! I was therefore quite excited going into the second one, and that I think brought up more thoughts – and more resistance (‘uh oh, this is going to be a challenge’) from my ego.
Often in meditation I feel I have to cut out my observation of my senses (‘oh no, what’s that noise?’), but it was wonderful instead to embrace them.
I did in fact manage to reach the peace of no thought, which gives the lie to what my mind usually tells me: ‘if you stop thinking, it will just be boring’. In fact i now have some proof of the bliss I frankly crave.
I can’t wait to explore your whole site and the beautiful thing you are creating here with acim.
Thanks again to your big heart.
Love, Fran
